Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR)
🗓 Ongoing throughout Okanogan County
Year-round

Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) is a humane and effective approach to managing community cat populations that benefits both cats and communities. By humanely trapping, sterilizing, vaccinating, and returning cats to their outdoor homes, TNR stops the cycle of reproduction, gradually reducing colony sizes over time while improving the health and quality of life for the cats. This proven method prevents pet overpopulation while allowing community cats to live out their lives humanely. TOAR has a huge commitment to TNR and works actively to support these efforts in our community. Be a part of the solution. Contact us at TNR@TOARWA.org
