Did you know that by purchasing a Washington State specialty license plate,   you can directly support spay and neuter programs? Each plate purchase contributes $28 to the Spay/Neuter Grant Program, which is managed by the Washington Federation of Animal Care and Control Agencies (WFACCA).

 

These funds are distributed quarterly in the form of grants to local animal agencies across Washington, helping to expand access to spay and neuter services.
